目的查明新邵县一起食物中毒病因,对分离的病原菌进行表型检验和毒力基因的鉴定、耐药性检测,利用分子分型技术探讨其多态性,为今后预防和控制类似事件提供借鉴。方法依照WS271-2007《感染性腹泻诊断标准》和文献报道的方法对检出的沙门菌进行生化试验、血清分型、耐药性检测;并用PCR方法进行毒力基因检测,运用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术对分离的菌株进行同源性分析。结果 2份病人血培养为阴性,3份病人肛拭检出生物学性状和药敏试验一致、均带有侵袭性invA基因的莫斯科沙门菌,PFGE图谱显示为同一克隆。结论结合流行病学资料、临床表现、病原菌分离鉴定、毒力基因检测和分子分型分析,确定本次食物中毒是由莫斯科沙门菌污染食物引起。
Objective To identify the etiological factors of food poisoning in Xinshao County, phenotype the isolated pathogenic bacteria and identification of virulence genes and drug resistance, and to explore its polymorphism by molecular typing to provide future prevention and control of similar events Learn from Methods According to WS271-2007 Diagnostic Criteria of Infectious Diarrhea and reported in the literature, biochemical tests, serotyping and drug resistance of Salmonella were carried out. Virulence genes were detected by PCR. Electrophoresis (PFGE) technique was used to analyze the homology of the isolated strains. Results The blood cultures of two patients were negative. The biological characteristics of the three patients were consistent with the drug susceptibility test. The Salmonella typhimurium with invA gene was invariable, and the PFGE showed the same clone. Conclusion Combined with epidemiological data, clinical manifestations, isolation and identification of pathogens, virulence gene detection and molecular typing analysis, this food poisoning is caused by contaminated food by Salmonella moscow.
