在有限元结构分析软件ＡＢＡＱＵＳ和ＵＮＩＳＴＲＵＣ－Ⅱ基础上建立了铸钢件凝固过程三维温度场分析技术。计算了汽车后桥壳铸钢件的三维凝固温度场，预测了缩孔缺陷，改进了初拟工艺，预防了缺陷。
Based on the finite element structural analysis software ABAQUS and UNISTRUC-Ⅱ, the three-dimensional temperature field analysis technology of the cast steel solidification process was established. The three-dimensional solidification temperature field of the automobile rear axle shell castings was calculated, the shrinkage defects were predicted, the initial process was improved, and the defects were prevented.
