随着当前烟草行业不断发展,国家及政府对烟草专卖也不断加强管控力度,对于烟草专卖的执法力度也在不断加强。然而,在当前烟草专卖执法过程中有一定法律风险存在,影响执法效果。因此,作为向观众执法人员,应当积极采取有效措施对法律风险加强防控,从而保证烟草专业执法得以更好进行,对烟草专卖进行更好管理。
With the continuous development of the tobacco industry, the state and the government continuously strengthen the control over tobacco monopoly, and the enforcement of tobacco monopoly has also been strengthened. However, there is a certain legal risk in the current law enforcement of tobacco monopoly, affecting the effectiveness of law enforcement. Therefore, as law enforcement officers to the audience, we should take effective measures to strengthen the prevention and control of legal risks so as to ensure that tobacco law enforcement can be better implemented and tobacco monopoly can be better managed.
