根据岩石力学和断裂力学,建立了岩石裂纹产生、扩展及贯通判据,通过Flac3D有限差分程序自带的fish语言编程,在Flac3D中加以实现并通过改变裂隙单元的柔度矩阵,实现了Flac3D本构模型的二次开发。采用包含该判据的Flac3D有限差分程序对钻齿钻入脆性岩石模型进行计算,研究钻齿钻入脆性岩石时钻齿的不同角度设置对岩石破碎体积、裂纹长度、裂隙贯通的影响规律等。在总结旋挖钻机钻进岩石工程试验的基础上,最后提出旋挖钻机入岩钻齿角度θ及间距设计的理论基础。
According to rock mechanics and fracture mechanics, the criteria for rock crack generation, propagation and penetration are established. The fish language programming of Flac3D finite-difference program is used to realize it in Flac3D. The Flac3D finite difference program including this criterion was used to calculate the drilling rock penetration into the brittle rock model. The influences of different angles of drilling teeth on the rock crushing volume, crack length and fracture penetration were investigated. On the basis of summarizing the rock drilling tests of the rotary drilling rig, the theoretical basis of designing the angle θ and the spacing of the drilling teeth of the rotary drilling rig is finally put forward.
