临床资料患者15例,为2001年1月至2004年12月我科收集的15个远端型遗传性运动神经元病(d istalhered itary motor neuropathy,dHMN)家系中的先证者,各家系之间均不相关;其中男9例,女6例。发病年龄27~44岁,平均35·4岁。均符合dHMN的诊断标准。4例患者有家族史,均呈常染色体显性
