实验在20只用肌松剂麻痹的成年健康猫进行。用强的方波串刺激施于后肢隐神经,作为伤害性刺激。用玻璃微电极记录海马痛相关神经元的放电。观察刺激延髓中缝大核后,痛相关单位放电的变化。 共观察了能维持稳定自发放电的单位116个。其中痛敏单位32个(27.6%)、痛无关单位60个(52.8%)、痛抑制单位24个(20.6%)。对其中的46个单位,在刺激中缝大核后进行了观察,见到痛无关和痛敏单位有的向易化转化,有的向抑制转化。少数单位不发生变化。而痛抑制单位则有75%出现脱抑制现象,提示中缝大核上行的5-HT能通路,在海马结构的痛觉调制中可能有类似吗啡样物质的镇痛作用。
The experiment was performed in 20 adult healthy cats who were paralyzed with muscle relaxants. Strong square wave stimulation applied to the hind limb saphenous nerve, as a nociceptive stimulus. The discharge of hippocampal pain-related neurons was recorded with glass microelectrode. Observed after stimulation of the medulla oblongata large nucleus, pain related units discharge changes. A total of 116 units capable of maintaining a stable spontaneous discharge were observed. Among them, 32 were pain-sensing units (27.6%), 60 were pain-unrelated units (52.8%) and 24 were pain-relieving units (20.6%). 46 of them, after stimulating the stitches in the nucleus were observed, to see the pain-free and pain-sensitive units, some to easy to change, and some to inhibit the conversion. A few units do not change. However, 75% of pain suppression units showed de-inhibition, suggesting that the 5-HT pathway upstream of the stitches may have analgesic effects similar to morphine-like substances in the modulation of the hippocampal structure.
