在昼夜温度各为23℃和16℃以下、光周期为16小时的小温室中,用根瘤菌U226或T_1品系对Ganador百脉根种子进行接种试验。种子处理后45天测定百脉根叶、茎、根及瘤中的硝酸盐还原酶活性。用不同品系接种的植株中硝酸盐还原酶活性没有显著差异(测定象乙炔依靠乙烯生产/瘤的DW),但也不归结为在氢气中吸收活性。植物生长在5mM KNO_3中的茎是最有活性的器官(总量的52%),而缺少KNO_3则叶中的硝酸盐还原酶活
Ganadaceae seedlings were inoculated with Rhizobia strain U226 or T 1 in small greenhouses with a day-night temperature of 23 ℃ and 16 ℃ and a photoperiod of 16 hours. The nitrate reductase activity in leaves, stems, roots and tumors of Lotus japonicus was determined 45 days after seed treatment. There was no significant difference in nitrate reductase activity in plants inoculated with different strains (measured as ethylene dependent ethylene production / tumor DW), but also not attributed to the activity of absorbing hydrogen. The stems of plants grown in 5 mM KNO 3 were the most viable organs (52% of the total) whereas the nitrate reductase activity in the leaves in the absence of KNO 3
