分别用含复合酶制剂EA—Ⅱ、生物制剂BA—Ⅰ各0.5%,1.0%的4种实验饲料和对照饲料于水族箱中饲养鲤鱼14d,对鲤肠道、肝胰脏酶活力测定结果为:EA—Ⅱ和BA—Ⅰ均能显著地提高肠道蛋白酶和淀粉酶的比活力;而在肝胰脏,EA—Ⅱ和BA—Ⅰ均能显著提高淀粉酶比活力,但显著降低蛋白酶比活力。
The carp were fed with 14 kinds of experimental feed and control feed containing 0.5% and 1.0% of EA-Ⅱ and BA-Ⅰ respectively for 14 days in the aquarium, and the results of enzymatic activity of intestinal and hepatopancreas of carp were EA-Ⅱ and BA-Ⅰ significantly increased the specific activity of protease and amylase, while significantly increased the specific activity of amylase in hepatopancreas, EA-Ⅱand BA-Ⅰ, but significantly decreased the protease activity vitality.
