目的 对蛇床子挥发油的促透作用进行探讨。方法 采用离体兔皮用蛇床子挥发油预处理作透皮吸收试验。结果 用 0 .5 %、1%、2 %的蛇床子挥发油预处理兔皮后 ,双氯芬酸钠的渗透系数分别为 0 .0 75 7± 0 .0 12 5、0 .10 46± 0 .0 492、0 .0 997± 0 .0 332mg/ (h·cm2 ) ,都显著高于阴性对照组 0 .0 2 78± 0 .0 0 78mg/ (h·cm2 ) (P <0 .0 1)和 1%的月桂氮酮组 0 .0 488± 0 .0 11mg/ (h·cm2 )(P <0 .0 1) ,但 0 .5 %、1%、2 %的蛇床子挥发油三者之间的促透作用无显著性差异。结论 蛇床子挥发没具有较好的促皮渗透作用。
