将磁性多层膜的界面和体效应在统一模型下进行了研究,由此建立了磁性多层膜体系与磁构形相关的模型Hamilton量.通过求解磁性多层膜这一非均匀体系的电子自能,获得了巨磁电阻与磁构形的依赖关系,结果表明这一依赖关系既可能是线性的也可能是非线性的,它主要受磁性层和界面层的厚度影响,另外有效交换势对巨磁电阻的影响也是非常重要的.
The interfacial and bulk effects of the magnetic multilayers were studied in a unified model, and the Hamiltonian of the magnetic multilayers was established. The results show that this dependence can be both linear and nonlinear. It is mainly affected by the thickness of the magnetic layer and the interface layer.
