如何利用职业技能大赛进一步加强实习实训基地建设、加强校企深度合作。针对不同层次、不同个性的学生,提升他们的服务社会能力、未来就业竞争力,打造学校的办学特色,从而能有效实现高职人才的培养目标。文章通过对技能大赛背景下“技能菜单”教学模式的开发和实施,力求为高等职业教育人才培养工作提供实践经验。
How to Use Occupational Skill Competition to Further Strengthen the Construction of Practice Training Base and Strengthen the Depth Cooperation between School and Enterprise. For different levels and different personality students, enhance their ability to serve the community, the future competitiveness of employment, to create the school’s characteristics of running a school, which can effectively achieve the cultivation of higher vocational talents. Through the development and implementation of “skill menu ” teaching mode in the background of skills contest, the article tries hard to provide practical experience for personnel training in higher vocational education.
