人是生产力的第一要素,从业人员素质水平直接决定了企业产品产量和质量的高低。作为传统产业的玻璃行业受房地产、汽车以及其他相关行业的刺激,发展迅速。特别是近几年,玻璃企业生产线数量及规模快速增加和扩大,使得一线专业技术人才远远不能满足实际需求。因此,如何正确而又快速的培养和锻炼符合于玻璃生产线要求的高素质技能型专业人才,是当前玻璃企业、高职院校,特别是材料类高职院校需要探讨和解决的重要课题之一。
