组合折腹梁桥钢腹板自承式异步施工工法利用折形钢腹板承担挂篮荷载,第n节段底板、第n-1节段顶板浇注和第n+1节段腹板安装同时进行,提高施工效率,充分发挥折形钢腹板的材料利用率。宁波市奉化江大桥主桥拟采用该施工工法,为使施工过程中折形钢腹板受力更加合理,拟将腹板拼装缝处翼缘板采取连续措施、下翼缘角钢连接件变更为“开孔板+焊钉”形式,并通过局部有限元模型验证了变更设计的可行性。
