▲▲中国警察学会于1995年8月22日至24日在北京召开了“社会主义市场经济与公安工作”论文评选研讨会。大会由顾林昉会长,蒋先进、胡之光副会长主持。大会开始时,公安部部长助理、学会常务理事罗锋同志作了“关于社会主义市场经济与公安工作研讨会的准备情况和主导思想”的报告。大会结束时,公安部全体党委委员出席,陶部长和俞雷副会长分别就抓好公安科学理论研究工作的问题作了重要讲话。我省警察学会会长曹子东,副秘书长李竹生及获奖论文作者共九人出席了会议。大会组织了重点发言和分组讨论,并从285篇参评论文中评选出获奖论文83篇,其中一等奖4篇、二等奖14篇、三等奖35篇,四等奖30篇。我省选送论文13篇,有6篇获奖,其中一等奖2篇,四等奖4篇。我省警察学会还获得了大会颁发的组织奖(全国共有6个省、市获组织奖)。
▲▲ The Chinese Police Academy held a symposium on the selection of papers in “Socialist Market Economy and Public Security Work” in Beijing from August 22 to August 24, 1995. The meeting was presided by Gu Lintao, Jiang Xianjin and Hu Zhiguang, vice presidents. At the beginning of the congress, Comrade Luo Feng, assistant minister of the Ministry of Public Security and executive director of the Institute made a report entitled “Preparations and Guidelines for the Seminar on Socialist Market Economy and Public Security Work”. At the end of the congress, all the members of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security attended the meeting. Minister Tao and Vice-President Yu Lei made important speeches respectively on the research work on public security science. Cao Zidong, president of the police academy in our province, Li Zusheng, deputy secretary-general, and authors of the winning papers attended the meeting. The congress organized key speeches and group discussions, and out of 285 selected papers, 83 winners were selected, including 4 first prizes, 14 second prizes, 35 third prizes and 30 fourth prizes. The province selected 13 papers, 6 awards, including first prize 2, fourth prize 4. The police academy in our province also won the organizing award (6 provinces and cities nationwide won the organizing award).
