脑血管病的早期有效治疗,可大大降低致残率,提高患者的生存质量。近年来我科用血液稀释生物平衡治疗仪(简称血稀)治疗脑血管病40例,取得显著疗效,现报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1病例选择:全部按1986年第二次全国脑血管病会议的诊断标准,均经CT确诊为晌梗塞、脑出血者,包括脑血管病后遗症。急性期脑梗塞5—7天、脑出血10—14天进行治疗,治疗前后全部查血流变。 1.2一般资料:血稀治疗组40例,男25例,女
