国际法效力等级研究发展于二战前期,在近三十年来关注度不断增大,效力等级的研究有助于国际法更加规范,更容易实现国际法的统一与和谐。本文主要从国际法效力等级化的理论与实践研究来进行分析。
The research on the level of validity of international law was developed in the early stage of World War II. The attention of the level of effectiveness has been increasing in recent thirty years. The study of the level of effectiveness helps to standardize international law and make it easier to achieve the unity and harmony of international law. This article mainly analyzes the theory and practice of the grading of the validity of international law.
