为了培养具有现代军事、后勤知识,系统掌握卫生勤务学的理论,能胜任新形势下的卫勤组织指挥工作、教学和学术研究的新一代卫勤指挥干部和师资,总政、总后决定,责成第二军医大学开办“卫勤师资专修班”。经过一年多的筹备工作,该班于1985年3月11日在石家庄高级陆军学校开学。总后勤部卫生部韩光部长、第二军医大学王冠良校长参加了开学典礼。韩部长、王校长勉励学员要努力学习。
