采用高效液相色谱法分析甲维盐·高氯微乳剂。试样溶解于甲醇,试样中甲维盐和高氯在250mm×4.6mm(i.d.)不锈钢柱,内装ODS-C18填充物(5μm),以甲醇-水为流动相、紫外为检测器,在254nm下进行分离和测定。甲维盐和高氯标准偏差分别为0.01和0.19,变异系数分别为3.33%和0.45%,平均回收率分别为99.09%和99.38%。
High-performance liquid chromatography analysis of a dimension salt · high-chloride microemulsion. The sample was dissolved in methanol. The sample was treated on a 250 mm × 4.6 mm (id) stainless steel column with an ODS-C18 filler (5 μm) using methanol-water as mobile phase and UV as a detector. 254nm for separation and determination. The standard deviations of carbaryl and high chloride were 0.01 and 0.19, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 3.33% and 0.45%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.09% and 99.38% respectively.
