目的：探讨眶内肿瘤摘除手术后患眼的视功能恢复状况。方法：检测３７例眼眶内良性肿瘤患者３７只眼的术前及术后视力和视网膜光敏感度（ｒｅｔｉｎａｌｌｉｇｈｔｓｅｎｓｉｔｉｖｉｔｙ，ＲＬＳ），对比其手术前后的变化。结果：眶内肿瘤摘除手术后１个月，肿瘤相对应的局部ＲＬＳ即有好转；术后半年，ＲＬＳ基本恢复正常；８９．２％的患眼视力较手术前有所提高。结论：眶内肿瘤摘除手术后解除了肿瘤对眼球壁的压迫，除视神经萎缩等不可逆病理损害外，视力和ＲＬＳ大多可以恢复。
Objective: To investigate the recovery of visual function in patients with orbital tumor removal surgery. Methods: Preoperative and postoperative visual acuity and retinal light sensitivity (RLS) were measured in 37 eyes of 37 patients with benign orbital tumors and compared with their preoperative and postoperative changes. Results: The local RLS corresponding to the tumor was improved 1 month after orbital tumor removal surgery. The RLS returned to normal after 6 months and 89.2% of the patients had better visual acuity than before surgery. CONCLUSIONS: The ophthalmic and ophthalmic wall can be relieved by tumor removal after orbital tumor removal. Most of the visual acuity and RLS can be recovered except for irreversible pathological damage like optic atrophy.
