公文写作往往离不开数字,这是因为公文在说明现状、表明成绩、反映问题、计划目标时需要一定的数星分析。有些情况和问题若采用叙述和议论的方法,篇幅较长,用数字表达则简洁明了;有的甚至只有用数字才能准确表达,从而加深人们对事物和问题本质的认识,使公文具有更强的说服力。可见,数字在公文写作中有着文字所不能代替的作用,占据着不容忽视的地位。但是,目前公文写作中数字的使用很不规范,影响了公文的质量和效用。本文根据《关于出版物上数字用法的试行规定》(1987年1月1日国家语言文字工作委员会、国家出版局等
