根据实际生产工艺,借助MSC.MARC有限元分析软件,建立宽带钢多道次热连轧有限元模型,对宽带钢的轧制过程的温度场、轧制力特性等进行了仿真研究。仿真结果与实测值误差非常小,终轧温度与实测温度误差在±13°C以内,各道次轧制力与实测值误差在±10%以内。在此基础上,讨论不同工艺参数对带钢温度场,轧制力的影响,为优化轧制工艺提供理论依据。
According to the actual production process, finite element model of multi-pass hot strip mill for wide strip steel is established by means of MSC.MARC finite element analysis software. The temperature field and the rolling force characteristics of the strip rolling process are simulated. The error between the simulation result and the measured value is very small. The error between the final rolling temperature and the measured temperature is within ± 13 ° C, and the error between the rolling force and the measured value within each pass is within ± 10%. On this basis, the influence of different process parameters on the temperature field and the rolling force of the strip is discussed, which provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the rolling process.
