木文应用平皿法检测了龙矛楤木总皂甙对小鼠血清溶菌酶含量的影响。结果表明:龙牙楤木总皂甙明显增加小鼠血清溶茵酶含量,且随用药剂量的增加对血清溶茵酶的促进作用亦逐渐加强。与皮质激素合用后可部分降低皮质激素对小鼠血清溶茵酶含量的抑制作用。
The effect of total saponin from camptotheca arborescens on lysozyme content in serum of mice was detected by using a plate method. The results showed that the total saponin of Aralia arborescens significantly increased the serum lysine content in mice, and the promoting effect of serum lysin was gradually enhanced with the increase of the dosage of Aconitum sargentii. In combination with corticosteroids, the inhibitory effects of corticosteroids on serum lysozyme content in mice can be partially reduced.
