由机电部上海内燃机研究所和合肥工业大学共同承担的机械工业技术发展基金项目“内燃机摩擦磨损的研究”于1991年3月6～7日在广西南宁召开了专家鉴定会。会议由机电部基金委主持,出席鉴定会的有机电部工程农机司的领导、高校、研究所和有关工厂的教授、高工等专家和代表30余人。会议听取了上海内燃机研究所作的该项目研究工作总结,听取了合肥工业大学、南宁机械厂、广东工学院、复旦大学等各分项目的工作介绍。鉴定委员会审查了技术文件和设计图样,对经过6000h耐久试验
Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Technology Development Fund Project jointly funded by the Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute and the Hefei University of Technology by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, “Study on Friction and Wear of Internal Combustion Engines” held an expert appraisal meeting in Nanning, Guangxi from March 6 to March 7, 1991. The meeting was presided over by the Fund Commission of the Ministry of Electrical and Mechanical Services to attend the identification meeting of the Ministry of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Secretary for the Ministry of Agriculture, universities, research institutes and factories, professors, senior engineer and other experts and representatives of more than 30 people. The meeting listened to the summary of the research work done by the Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute and listened to the work introduction of various sub-projects such as Hefei University of Technology, Nanning Machinery Factory, Guangdong Institute of Technology and Fudan University.
