本文简要地介绍焊接机器人的发展过程和现状。通过统计资料说明焊接机器人在工业机器人中占据显著地位,而使用微型机控制的机器人又是今后的发展方向。文中根据机器人使用现状,捉出当前需要解决的五个方面的课题,指出微型机在解决这些课题中的作用。介绍日本政府为鼓励在机器人中使用计算机以促进机器人的发展而采取的措施。然后,介绍日本工业生产的六种焊接机器人,从这些实例中说明微型机在焊接机器人中的应用。最后,指出使用机器人不仅在技术上是先进的,而且在经济上也是合理的。
This article briefly introduces the welding robot development process and the status quo. Statistics show that welding robot occupies a prominent position in industrial robots, and the use of micro-robot control robot is the future direction of development. According to the status quo of robots use in this paper, the current five topics to be solved are pointed out, and the role of microcomputers in solving these problems is pointed out. Describe the measures taken by the Japanese government to encourage the use of computers in robots to promote the development of robots. Then, we introduce six types of welding robots manufactured in Japan and explain the application of the microcomputers in welding robots from these examples. Finally, it is pointed out that the use of robots is not only technically advanced but also economically justified.
