目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(5-aminolaevulinic acid-based photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT)联合CO2激光治疗甲旁疣的疗效。方法 2012年1月至2013年12月,甲旁疣患者75例,根据患者选择的治疗方式,分为两组。治疗组患者35例,采用CO2激光清除疣体后,进行ALA-PDT治疗,2周1次,共治疗3次;对照组患者40例,单纯用CO2激光治疗,疗程同治疗组。两组患者治疗结束后,随访半年,比较两组的疗效和复发率。结果治疗组的痊愈率和3个月后的复发率分别为91.4%和8.57%。对照组的痊愈率和3个月后的复发率分别为62.5%和37.5%。治疗组的痊愈率明显高于对照组,而复发率显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论应用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合CO2激光治疗甲旁疣,能明显提高治愈率,降低复发率。
Objective To observe the curative effect of 5-aminolaevulinic acid-based photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of parathyroid warts. Methods From January 2012 to December 2013, 75 patients with side nymphs were divided into two groups according to the patients’ treatment options. The treatment group of 35 patients, the use of CO2 laser removal of the wart, the ALA-PDT treatment, 2 weeks 1 times, a total of 3 times; control group of 40 patients, with CO2 laser treatment, the same treatment with the treatment group. Two groups of patients after treatment, followed up for six months, the efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate in the treatment group and the recurrence rate after 3 months were 91.4% and 8.57%, respectively. The cure rate in the control group and the recurrence rate after 3 months were 62.5% and 37.5%, respectively. The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, while the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of parathyroid warts can significantly improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate.
