社会主义良法体系在社会生活中的有效实现是建立法治国家的重要价值目标,而良法体系为广大公民普遍自觉的遵守则是法的实现的最高价值取向。因此,公民守法是社会主义法治国家实现的重要基点之一,而公民严格恪守法律义务和积极主张法定权利既是法治国家的内在要求,也是公民守法伦理的两大重要原则。
The effective realization of the socialist good law system in social life is an important value goal of establishing a country governed by the rule of law. The good law system is the highest value orientation for the realization of law as it is generally and conscientiously observed by the broad masses of citizens. Therefore, abiding by the law is one of the important starting points for the realization of a socialist country ruled by law. Citizens strictly abide by their legal obligations and actively advocating legal rights are both the inherent requirements of a country governed by the rule of law and the two major principles of law-abiding citizens.
