环境伦理在“好生活”和“正当行动”问题上遭遇外部反对和内部纷争。从最抽象意义上看,环境伦理在一种理想的冲突中进入人类道德的亲证性实践,它改变了哲学实践的方式。在与“好生活”相关的意义上,它面对“自然主义谬误”之诘难,通过秉持“生态善”的理念,扩展了“道德善”的内涵。在与“正当行动”相关联的意义上,环境伦理受到常规伦理与道德相对论之困扰,它试图改变“道德权利”的用法。一种面向生态实践的环境伦理,虽然在道德生活形式上存在着从一般性话语到具体项目之间的断裂,但不同形式的环境伦理探究共同指向道德和精神的价值轴线,而对它的探问乃是透过环境伦理论争深入到对其道德生活形式之探寻的开始。
Environmental ethics have encountered external opposition and internal strife on the issues of “good life” and “proper action.” In the most abstract sense, environmental ethics enter the pro-verification practice of human morality in an ideal conflict, which changes the way of philosophical practice. In the sense of being associated with “good life,” it confronted “the fallacy of naturalism” and expanded the connotation of “moral goodness” through upholding the notion of “ecological goodness.” Environmental ethics, plagued by conventional ethical and moral relativism, attempts to change the usage of “moral rights” in the sense of being associated with “justifiable action.” A kind of environmental ethics oriented to ecological practice, although there is a break from the general discourse to specific projects in the moral life style, different forms of environmental ethical inquiry point together to the value axis of morality and spirituality, It is the beginning of exploring the form of moral life through environmental ethics debate.
