井下环境正遭受到严重的干扰,加之施工环境日趋恶劣,井下运输机械滚动轴承故障的检测与诊断工作已经成为大势所趋。在此环节中,为了提升检测效率与诊断效率,采取高频共振解调工艺可取得显著成效。文章通过分析井下运输机械滚动轴承故障的检测方法,并在此基础上详细介绍井下运输机械滚动轴承故障的相关诊断措施,以期能为相关人士带来参考建议。
Underground environment is being seriously disturbed, coupled with the increasingly harsh construction environment, downhole transportation machinery rolling bearing fault detection and diagnosis has become the trend of the times. In this session, in order to improve the detection efficiency and diagnostic efficiency, the use of high-frequency resonant demodulation process can achieve significant results.
