房地产价格持续上涨及房价过高给城镇居民带来较高的生活成本与压力,同时我国的贫富差距对经济的健康发展形成了负面影响。基于房价波动和贫富差距的现实,通过分析城镇居民可支配收入与购房成本之间、城镇就业人员工资收入与房价之间的总量差距及结构性矛盾,验证了少数高收入的购房群体财富快速增长的事实。房价上涨是影响居民财富差距扩大的关键因素,只有切断二者互相推升的传递链条,才能有效解决房价与贫富差距间的循环累积作用。
