The Department of Finance and Accounting Commission of the Ministry of Communications entrusted Yantai Port Authority to hold “Symposium on Strengthening Financial Management of Ports Tertiary Industry”. It is undoubtedly necessary and timely. Through the seminar, it is of great significance to exchanging experiences, raising awareness, improving profits and removing disadvantages, and promoting the diversification of ports so as to improve and activate the port enterprises in the process of further reform and opening up. For this reason, I would like to publish some immature opinions on the relevant issues and share the same opinion with my comrades
