用表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)技术研究了缓蚀剂咪唑(IM)与苯并三唑(BTAH)在铜电极上的共吸附行为.实验表明,IM与BTAH能共吸附于Cu电极表面,IM的存在有利于BTAH的吸附,二者有良好的协同效应.
The co-adsorption behavior of imidazole (IM) and benzotriazole (BTAH) on Cu electrode was investigated by surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) technique. Experiments show that IM and BTAH can be co-adsorbed on the Cu electrode surface, the presence of IM is conducive to the adsorption of BTAH, the two have a good synergistic effect.
