汽车齿轮,尤其汽车后桥传动齿轮一般是在高载荷下运行的常啮合齿轮,对其本身的强度要求是非常高的,但是如何提高齿轮强度是齿轮工艺工作者主攻课题。经过多年攻关、实践、探索了一些体会、现介绍给诸位。我厂CA—15汽车后桥传动齿轮于1978年全国汽车行业抽样检查台架试验弯曲疲劳寿命平均仅有23万循环次,同样抽样道路试验寿命也较低,平均寿命在3.5—6.5万公里时,齿轮的齿面上就出现980mm~2大面积深层削落。自列入部基础件攻关计划之后我厂采取多种措施进行攻关,特别1982年以来,为提高齿轮寿命,在攻关中主要采取四项措施。
Automotive gears, especially the rear axle drive gear of a car, are often normally-meshed gears that operate under high loads and require very high strength for themselves.
