艺术创作前的准备和酝酿过程是不可缺少的,其目的是为了使艺术家能够以高昂的情绪和饱满的热情更快捷、更准确、更充分、更有感受地进入创作状态。良好艺术状态的保持与延伸是艺术创作成功的保证。艺术的规律要求艺术家具有独特的艺术视角和审美方武。艺术语言的表达不是一般性的表述,一个艺术家对艺术语言的掌握程度也反映艺术家自身的审美感受能力和艺术创造能力。优秀艺术作品的产生,必须依赖于艺术家良好的艺术状态。艺术家是把人们没感受到的东西,富有审美感受地、创造性地表现出来,使人们的审美感知、理解得到唤起与扩展。艺术家这一状态是精神高度集中、物我两忘的情感、意念的酝酿过程。因此可以认为,艺术家的行为状态是深刻挖掘内在心灵的过程,是艺术家情感熔铸的过程,也是超越有限、超越艺术家个体的精神升华过程。
