加强节能法制建设是“九五”时期节能工作的重点,山东省第一部地方性节能法规《山东省节约能源条例》,于今年6月6日由省人大常委会颁布,从而将节能工作逐步纳入法制化轨道,依法管理。现将《山东省节约能源条例》在广西节能刊物上刊载,作为节能法规建设交流,在节能法规建设中互相借签,共同推动节能工作的开展。

Shandong Province’s first local energy conservation regulation “Shandong Provincial Energy Conservation Regulations” was promulgated by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress on June 6 this year, thereby gradually saving energy.
