2型糖尿病是21世纪全球最严重的公共卫生问题之一。研究表明,40%~50%的2型糖尿病患者合并脂代谢紊乱。脂代谢紊乱加速胰岛B细胞功能损伤、促进胰岛素抵抗、加重糖尿病患者大血管动脉粥样硬化。调查显示,大血管病变是糖尿病患者致残、致死的主要原因之一。因此,在有效降低血糖的基础上调节异常的脂代谢对于糖尿病的血糖控制及减缓并发症的发生有着重要的意义。在本文中作者主要阐述脂代谢紊乱对胰岛B细胞功能及胰岛素抵抗的影响机制,并着重探讨兼具糖脂代谢调节作用的控糖药物在此方面的研究进展。
Type 2 diabetes is one of the world’s most serious public health problems in the 21st century. Studies have shown that 40% to 50% of type 2 diabetic patients with lipid metabolism disorders. Disorders of lipid metabolism accelerate the functional damage of islet B cells, promote insulin resistance and aggravate the atherosclerosis of large vessels in diabetic patients. Surveys show that macrovascular disease is one of the major causes of disability and death in diabetic patients. Therefore, regulating the abnormal lipid metabolism on the basis of effectively lowering blood glucose is of great significance for the control of diabetes and the reduction of complications. In this paper, the author mainly elaborates the mechanism of lipid metabolism disorder on pancreatic islet B cell function and insulin resistance, and focuses on the research of sugar-controlling drugs which have the regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism in this aspect.
