本文分析了高职院校基本素质与能力选修课开设的现状及其在教学管理上出现的问题,并试图从满足学生个性化发展、增强综合素质及创新意识、建构全面知识体系等角度提出问题解决的建议和方法,认为要提高学生对选修课的认识,创新教学手法和方法,增强教学督导和教学质量评价,选取高水平的教材等,以增强选修课的教学管理成效。
This paper analyzes the status quo of the elective courses of basic qualities and abilities in higher vocational colleges and the problems they have in teaching management. It tries to put forward the questions from the perspectives of satisfying individualized development of students, enhancing overall quality and innovation consciousness and constructing a comprehensive knowledge system The suggestions and methods to solve this problem are: to enhance students’ understanding of elective courses, to innovate teaching methods and methods, to enhance teaching supervision and evaluation of teaching quality, to select high-level teaching materials and so on, so as to enhance the effectiveness of elective teaching management.
