为明确亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenée)不同地理自然种群及不同食物和不同温度条件下实验种群蛹重的差异,对云南不同玉米种植区亚洲玉米螟自然种群、不同食料及不同温度下饲养的实验种群的雌、雄蛹重进行了研究。结果表明:云南昭通、会泽、宣威、寻甸、建水、玉溪、元江和陇川县不同地理种群雌蛹和雄蛹重量之间均存在显著性差异,从同一地理来源的雌蛹、雄蛹重量来看,雌蛹重量明显大于雄蛹重量。室内21℃、25℃和29℃下饲养的实验种群雌蛹重量均显著高于雄蛹重量,21℃与25℃下雌蛹、雄蛹重量大于29℃的雌蛹、雄蛹重量,而21℃和25℃下实验种群雌、雄蛹重无显著差异。室内常温条件下人工饲料饲养种群与玉米秆饲养种群雌蛹、雄蛹重量无显著差异。综合以上结果,亚洲玉米螟雌蛹重大于雄蛹,且随着不同地理来源而存在一定差异,而室内利用人工饲料和玉米秆饲养种群的雌、雄蛹重间无显著差异,在21-25℃条件下种群雌雄蛹重量大于29℃条件下雌雄蛹重量,该结果将为亚洲玉米螟对环境的适应性及其机理研究提供理论依据。
In order to clarify the difference of pupal weights of experimental population under different geographical and natural populations of Ostrinia furnacalis (Guenée) from different regions and different temperatures in China, experiments were carried out on the natural populations, the different foodstuffs and the temperatures of the Asian corn borer, Ostrinia furnacalis Female and male pupal weights of the population were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in the weight of female pupa and male pupa among different geographical populations in Zhaotong, Huize, Xuanwei, Xundian, Jianshui, Yuxi, Yuanjiang and Longchuan County, Yunnan. From the female pupae and male Pupa weight, the female pupa weight was significantly greater than the male pupa weight. The weight of female pupae cultured in laboratory at 21 ℃, 25 ℃ and 29 ℃ were significantly higher than those of male pupa weight, female pupae at 21 ℃ and 25 ℃, female pupae and male pupa weight of male pupa at 29 ℃, At 25 ℃, there was no significant difference in the female and male pupal weights of the experimental population. There was no significant difference in the females and male pupa weight between artificial feeding stock and corn stalk feeding population at room temperature. Based on the above results, the female pupal weight of the Asian corn borer was greater than that of the male pupal, and there were some differences with different geographical origins. However, there was no significant difference in the female and male pupal weights between the artificial feed and the corn stalk, ℃, the male and female pupal weight of male and female population is greater than 29 ℃. The results will provide a theoretical basis for the research on the adaptability of Asian corn borer to environment and its mechanism.
