一、引言在前一篇文章[1]中作者概述了离岸工程中的水动力学与实验问题,提出了当前国际上正在重视的研究领域。本文是它的续篇,主要是汇报国内外科技工作者对上述问题的工作进展。国内动态以我国近几届海岸工程与离岸工程学术讨论会中的有关论文及作者所接触到的工作为主,国外动态以近两届(十六届与十七届)国际船模试验池会议(ITTC)的海洋工程委员会(OEC)的工作为主。由于涉及的面很广,本文仅就三个主要问题进行回顾,即:过小直径圆柱
I. INTRODUCTION In the previous article [1], the author summarized the hydrodynamics and experimental problems in offshore engineering and put forward the research fields which are currently being emphasized in the world. This article is a sequel to it, mainly to report the progress made by domestic and foreign scientists and technicians on the above issues. The domestic dynamics of China’s recent Coastal Engineering and Offshore Engineering Symposium on the relevant papers and the work of the main contacts exposed to foreign developments in the last two (16th and 17th) International Ship Mold Test Pool Conference (ITTC) Marine Engineering Committee (OEC) work based. Due to the wide range of issues involved, this article reviews only three major issues: small diameter cylinders
