随着高校办学模式的转变,学生的权力意识不断觉醒。引入学生参与管理是新时期高校图书馆管理模式的科学探索,更是学生参与权的合理表达。通过对学生展开问卷调查,了解学生参与高校图书馆管理的意愿,并结合学生的实际参与过程,发现学生参与高校图书馆管理的困境,最终提出转变发展思路、突出学生的主体地位、完善组织形态、建立管理机制,加强政策的倾斜与重视,搭建学生网络参与平台,建立系统的培训体系,协调学生及馆员的合作关系的化解策略。
With the change of running mode in colleges and universities, students’ consciousness of power constantly awakens. The introduction of students’ participation in management is a scientific exploration of university library management mode in the new era, and a reasonable expression of student participation right. Through surveys on students, we can understand the students’ willingness to participate in the management of university libraries, and find out the plight of students participating in the management of university libraries by combining with the actual participation process of students. Finally, it puts forward the idea of changing development, highlighting the dominant position of students and perfecting organizational forms , Establishing a management mechanism, strengthening the tilt and emphasis of policies, setting up a platform for students to participate in the network, establishing a systematic training system and coordinating strategies for resolving cooperation between students and librarians.
