目的:研究分步固化ZY-1、ZY-2赝复硅橡胶对两者之间粘合强度的影响。方法:将ZY-1、ZY-2硅橡胶80℃恒温下进行分步固化,将硅橡胶粘结剂Adhesive A作为阳性对照组。测定各小组中ZY-1和ZY-2之间的粘合强度,并进行统计学分析,对两种硅橡胶的粘接面进行扫描电镜观察。结果:实验组ZY-1和ZY-2硅橡胶之间的粘合强度与阳性对照组相比无显著性差异;扫描电镜观察两层材料之间没有缝隙,形成了良好的界面结合。结论:分步固化ZY-1和ZY-2硅橡胶可以获得较为理想的粘合强度,在保证每层硅橡胶不发生形变的前提下以分步固化时间间隔为15 min时其粘合性能最佳。
Objective: To study the effect of ZY-1 and ZY-2 pseudocompressive silicone rubbers on the bonding strength between them. Methods: The ZY-1, ZY-2 silicone rubber was cured at 80 ℃ in constant temperature. Adhesive A was used as the positive control. The adhesion strength between ZY-1 and ZY-2 in each group was measured, and the statistical analysis was conducted. The bonding surfaces of the two kinds of silicone rubber were observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results: There was no significant difference in adhesive strength between ZY-1 and ZY-2 silicone rubber in the experimental group compared with the positive control group. SEM observation showed that there was no gap between the two materials and a good interface was formed. Conclusion: The ZY-1 and ZY-2 silicone rubber can be cured in a step-by-step manner to obtain the ideal adhesive strength. When the curing time of each step is 15 min, good.
