该工业锅炉微机控制装置采用国际上通用的STD工业控制总线标准,因而具有安全、可靠、灵活、方便、易维修等优点,它适用于对燃煤,燃油的各种吨位和型号的锅炉进行自动控制。采用微机自动控制与手动操作控制相比,燃煤锅炉一般可节约燃煤5—12％,燃油锅炉可提高热效率0.5一2％,同时可以大大地提高锅炉蒸汽质量,减轻锅炉对环境的污染,提高锅炉的寿命,并降低操作工人的劳动强度。
