1987年以来,北京市税务系统按照国务院批转国家教委《关于改革和发展成人教育的决定》的要求,在系统内开展了岗位培训工作。岗位培训是依据其岗位规范“三六八八”(三门政治理论课、六条行为表现、八门专业课、八项专业技能)进行的。用了两年半的时间完成了前三项“三六八”,用了3年时间重点抓了八项专业技能的培训考核工作。经过5年多时间,岗位培训工作基本完成。 一、税务专管员专业技能标准的提出及概括 北京市税务系统在税收第一线工作的税务干部占
