中国民机产业的发展必须要体现国家意志,尊重民机规律,立足自主创新,坚持与时俱进。对于刚刚起步的中国民机产业而言,政府政策的持续与稳定无疑是至关重要的。随着ARJ21-700飞机获得中国民航局颁发的适航证,中国民机产业发展的历史掀开了崭新一页。在这一重要的历史性节点上,抚今追昔,不禁让人感叹:要绘就中国民机产业的宏大历史画卷,是何等的艰辛与不易。
The development of China’s civil aircraft industry must embody the will of the state, respect the law of civil aircraft, base itself on independent innovation and keep pace with the times. For the just beginning of China’s civil aircraft industry, government policy is undoubtedly the continuity and stability is crucial. With ARJ21-700 aircraft won the Airworthiness Certificate issued by China Civil Aviation Authority, the history of China’s civil aircraft industry has opened a whole new page. At this important historic node, we can not help but sigh after stroking the past: How difficult and hard it is to draw a grand historical picture of China’s civil aircraft industry.
