本文以高职院校经管类专业大学生创业教育为研究对象,按照高校创业教育教学基本要求,立足经管专业大学生实际特点,探索“金字塔”立体培养模式,以培养大学生创新创业素质,提高创新创业能力为目的,依据地区经济发展的需要,结合学校教育资源特点,力求创业人才培养符合学生认识与实践逐步深化规律。
Based on the basic requirements of entrepreneurship education and teaching in colleges and universities, based on the actual characteristics of undergraduates majoring in economics and management, this paper explores the “pyramid” three-dimensional training model to cultivate the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship among college students and enhance innovation For the purpose of entrepreneurship, according to the needs of regional economic development, combined with the characteristics of school education resources, and strive to cultivate entrepreneurial talents in line with the students’ understanding and practice and gradually deepen the law.
