文章依据用户可感知服务质量理论,以天津高校图书馆的联合虚拟参考咨询工作为出发点,构建用户可感知的天津高校图书馆联合虚拟参考咨询服务质量的影响因素模型,重点分析了影响该项服务质量的各项因素,并提出相关对策,以期提高该项服务的可感知服务质量。
Based on the theory of user perceived quality of service and the joint virtual reference work in Tianjin University Libraries, the article constructs a model of influencing factors that users can perceive the service quality of joint virtual reference service in Tianjin University Library, Quality of the various factors, and put forward relevant countermeasures, with a view to improve the service perceived quality of service.
