五、排气保护橱 这种装置也称为“微生物学安全橱”、“接种罩”或简称为“罩”。在美国则称为“生物学安全橱”。我们不赞成“安全橱”这个词,因为它意味着任何时候都能提供安全工作的条件(错觉)。事实上不可能;如果安装欠妥,维修不善或使用不当,则不可能完全“安全”。使用“排气保护橱”这词较为正确。这表明了它的基本功能:控制并排除在某种实验室驿作过程中释放出的气溶胶和空气传播性传染微粒,以及保护实验室工作人员免于由吸入而可能导致的感染。 这种排气保护橱起不了向工作面输送过滤空气装置的作用;它的设计在于保护无菌操作者(如膜滤空气无菌橱)。而应把它视为无菌操作橱。
Fifth, exhaust protection cabinet This device is also known as “microbiological safety cabinet,” “vaccination cover” or simply “cover.” In the United States is called “biological safety cabinet.” We do not agree with the word “safety closet”, because it means providing the conditions (delusion) for safe work at all times. It is virtually impossible; it can not be completely “safe” if it is not properly installed, properly maintained, or improperly used. Use the word “exhaust protection cabinet” is more correct. This demonstrates its basic function of controlling and eliminating aerosols and airborne infectious particles released during laboratory stowage, as well as protecting lab workers from possible infections caused by inhalation. This exhaust cupboard does not function as a means of delivering filtered air to the work surface; it is designed to protect aseptic operators (eg, membrane-filtered air aseptic cabinets). Instead, think of it as a sterile cabinet.
