21世纪的中国正处在城市化建设的高潮期,短短几十年,各式各样的超高层,造型奇特的“标志性建筑”拔地而起。但过去很长的一段时间内,人们都把更新,更高,更奇作为评价标志性建筑的标准;对于标志性建筑在城市公共空间中的布局也缺乏研究。本文着重探讨当前标志性建筑面临的问题,分析新建标志性建筑布局需要满足的条件要素,并试图以武汉青山区为例提供适合建设标志性建筑的选址建议。
In the 21st century, China is at the climax of urbanization. In just a few decades, a variety of super-high-rise, uniquely-shaped “landmark buildings” have been built up. However, for a very long period of time, people used newer, taller and more exotic standards to evaluate landmark buildings, and lack of research on the layout of landmark buildings in urban public space. This article focuses on the current problems faced by the landmark buildings, analyzes the necessary elements to meet the requirements of the layout of the new landmark buildings, and attempts to provide a suitable site selection proposal for the construction of the landmark buildings in Qingshan District, Wuhan.
