扁平苔癣是由表皮下基底细胞变性而形成的皮肤疾病。常出现丘疹,多为亚急性或慢性过程。当发生于口腔粘膜时,其基本类型为大头针样大小的白色有光泽的半圆形丘疹。此病在欧美有癌变的报导,在日本惊津等报导此病的癌变频度比正常组织高。至今还没有特效的治疗方法。最近我们应用冷冻外科的方法对口腔扁平苔癣进行治疗,收到了良好的效果,报告如下: 病例选择:肉眼见口腔粘膜有灰白色或乳白色线条,周围发红,呈丘疹状。病理组
