华东电网有限公司(以下简称华东电网公司)2007年工作会议明确提出了要以“巩固提高,创新卓越”为工作基调,这对人力资源部门的工作也提出了更高要求。本文结合华东电网公司的实际情况,谈谈如何不断改进、提高和创新企业培训工作。
