目的探讨姜黄素对小鼠S180肉瘤的影响。方法 40只小鼠随机分为四组:对照组每只每天灌胃蒸馏水10ml;低、中、高剂量组每天分别灌胃姜黄素50、100、200mg/kg;连续10d。观察瘤重、体重及测定肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性。结果低、中、高剂量组的姜黄素对S180肉瘤生长抑制率分别为12.5%、37.5%、47.3%;与对照组比较,姜黄素各剂量组肝组织SOD活力均有所升高,且中剂量组SOD活力明显高于对照组(P<0.05);中、高剂组的小鼠肝组织GSH-Px活力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论姜黄素对小鼠S180肉瘤有抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of curcumin on S180 sarcoma in mice. Methods Forty mice were randomly divided into four groups: the control group was fed with 10ml distilled water every day; the low, medium and high dose groups were administered with curcumin 50,100,200mg / kg daily for 10 days. The tumor weight and body weight were measured and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the liver were measured. Results The inhibitory rates of curcumin on S180 sarcoma were 12.5%, 37.5% and 47.3% in low, medium and high dose groups, respectively. Compared with the control group, the activity of SOD in liver tissue of curcumin groups increased, The SOD activity in the dose group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The activity of GSH-Px in the liver tissue of the medium and high dosage groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Curcumin has inhibitory effect on S180 sarcoma in mice.
